  here is video someone put out that goes deep into c t russell's associated involvement with the freemasons.. there is no question that he drew out a good portion from this organization in creating some of his theological ideas.. being that it was j rutherford that helped to place a pyramid monument at his grave site indicates he could have been associated with the freemasons himself to a certain extent.

  One of my bethel friends told me two years ago his congregation did a congregation field trip for a few days which included going to Walkill and Paterson and then on out to Penn Dutch country. On their return home trip, a sister suggested stopping off in Pittsburgh since it was not far off their track and had time on their itinerary and visit the grave of CT Russell since they all heard about it but not have seen it. He said afterwards the bus was silent the whole way home as everyone was blown away that his burial tomb was covered in Masonic imagery. A few friends on that trip ended up doing research and fading. Thank Geehoebah for that bus ride!

  You know it is very sad but also very true what you posted. Over the past few years I have been fading away from leftist politics to more center-right, attempting to find balance for this very reason. The hypocrisy I have seen from so many leftist politicians I have supported myself over the years tears me up and I cannot do it anymore.

  No. I never really was hoping for billions of people to die at Armageddon because they didn't want to follow a man made cult. I always felt that if there was a god he would want to save everyone, no matter their beliefs.Now that I look back at everything, I was a JW by name only. My god's name is LOVE. Not Jehovah.

  Well I have always been secretly involved in politics since I was in high school and got my voter registration card while I still was considered an active publisher.

  But you are right. My father is now getting very much into politics and hoping to bring some much needed change to this country.

  when i was a teenager, i was told by an elder that because i smiled a lot and was known for my good sense of humor, that i should come across as "more serious".

  so before i was appointed a ms, while in my late teens, i transformed myself into a much more "serious" brother.. were you ever told that you needed to work on something that you knew was stoopid?.
